Actor Kerry Condon Thoroughly Enjoys Filming Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Project

Hey there! It's been eons since we've talked about Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, huh? The badass series from Spidey's man, Jon Watts, has been hush-hush ever since it was first announced in 2022. We got a glimpse at last year's Star Wars Celebration, but since then, crickets. But fear not! Star Kerry Condon has spilled the beans, and it sounds like a blast to watch.

In a recent chat with Variety, Condon was all praises for the show. While she didn't reveal any juicy secrets, she sure did talk about her time on set, calling it "incredibly rad...I adored it, and I was smitten by it." What made this production so lit? She attributed it to "something about it that was so innocent and playful and delightful. It's quite the wild ride and they nailed it with the directors-the Daniels, Bryce Dallas Howard, Lee Isaac Chung, David Lowery."

Skeleton Crew follows a gang of kids on an epic mission to find their way back home, and is said to be reminiscent of those classic Amblin films. Shows with kiddos can be a gamble at times, but Condon sure had nothing but amazing things to say about her little co-stars. "People say don't work with kids or critters, but I call bullshit on that," she quipped. "When young 'uns are good at their craft, they're otherworldly good-watching some of the kiddo scenes, it was beastly. I'm not a parent, but I'd drop a Benjamin to catch this."

If Skeleton Crew brings some fresh Star Wars action for the kiddos aged 9-12, hell yeah! Both The Acolyte and Tales of the Empire are more suited for the older teens, so it'll be sweet to have a show just for the lil' ones-as long as Disney+" , that is, premieres it eventually.
