The inaugural season will kick off with a doubleheader: Boston Celtics versus New York Knicks, followed by Los Angeles Lakers against Minnesota Timberwolves.
Prime Video's NBA streaming will offer a range of innovative features. Rapid Recap generates two-minute highlight reels for late arrivals, ensuring viewers catch up quickly. Key Moments uses AI to identify significant plays, automatically curating highlights for viewers. The Stats feature provides real-time player and team statistics without exiting the live game view.
For sports bettors, Prime Video integrates with FanDuel. Users can link their FanDuel accounts to their Prime Video profiles, tracking bets in real-time. The Odds View experience presents a rotating feed of live odds and probabilities for popular bets. Additionally, the Multiview feature allows simultaneous viewing of multiple games across devices, enabling viewers to create their own layouts. All broadcasts will be produced in native 1080p High Dynamic Range video with 5.1 surround sound, focusing on ultra-low latency delivery.
