Amazon Simplifies Gift Card Management
Amazon has simplified the process of managing gift card balances. Users can now check, reload, and view transaction history all in one place, whether using the app or desktop.
To access your Amazon gift card balance, simply navigate to 'Account' then 'Payments' and select 'Manage gift card balance' in the app. For desktop users, go to 'Accounts & Lists', then 'Gift cards' to view your current balance. This feature is available even after the gift card has been redeemed.
Unredeemed gift cards can be activated, and existing ones reloaded, through the 'Gift cards' menu. The transaction history is listed below the gift card balance for easy reference. For the Prime Big Deal Days period in 2025, the balance can be checked and replenished by redeeming new gift cards or adding funds through Amazon's payment options.
Amazon has streamlined gift card management, allowing users to check balances, reload cards, and view transaction history conveniently, regardless of whether they're using the app or desktop. This update aims to enhance user experience and simplify the process.
