E-Viso Expands Horizons and Achieves Significant Growth
E-Viso, an innovative energy technology company based in Cuneo, Italy, has announced plans to expand its commercial network beyond its current reference area. Led by CEO Gianfranco Sorasio, the company has been making waves in the industry by automating the energy value chain and operating with a unique business model.
E-Viso's systems, which are powered by proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure, automatically buy energy and gas at high frequency on the markets. This approach has led to a reduction in balancing costs compared to more traditional systems, and a 41% increase in revenues for the fiscal year ending June 2025, reaching €315.4 million.
The company's expansion plans include venturing into new markets such as France and Germany, with Spain and Portugal potentially being the next destinations. E-Viso serves around a hundred competitor operators and guarantees an effective monitoring system to B2C clients in Cuneo and businesses between Piedmont and Liguria.
The reseller channel saw a 9% decrease in total supply points, but E-Viso's direct channel expansion led to an increase, reaching 32,000, up 30% year-on-year. Electricity and gas volumes also increased by 38% due to this direct channel expansion.
E-Viso's net financial position remains positive at €9.2 million, with a preliminary gross margin between €19 million and €19.8 million. A significant portion of the company's resources are used for client service development, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The company's CEO explains that their technology is based on algorithmic intelligence systems, allowing them to tackle the extreme volatility of raw material prices. With 220 employees, many of whom are digital nomads, E-Viso is investing €12 million in their headquarters to accommodate their growing team and operations.
E-Viso's profit formula is based on platforms and process automation, not on installed hardware like Enel and Eni. This approach has allowed the company to maintain a competitive edge in the industry and continue its significant expansion across all segments.
Investors will be pleased to know that E-Viso has been listed on the Milan stock exchange since 2020, providing a transparent and accessible way for them to support the company's growth. As E-Viso continues to expand and innovate, it is clear that they are shaping the future of the energy industry.
