With these two companies churning out enough AI chips to consume 3.8 GW of power, those greenhouse gas emissions might be harder to ignore than Elon's tweets!

Not one to slow down, Nvidia and AMD are reporting record revenue, and OpenAI announced a massive $500 billion data center venture, Stargate. It's no surprise our environment will probably have to wait - AI is the biggest profit maker in the tech world, and it's showing no signs of slowing down.
