Audi India CEO Confident in Strong 2025 Finish Despite Steady Sales

Audi India's head, Balbir Singh Dhillon, expressed confidence in ending 2025 on a strong note, attributing this optimism to the implementation of GST 2.0 and robust festive demand. Despite this positivity, Audi's sales figures for the first half of the year remained steady at 2,128 units.

Audi's pre-owned car business, 'Audi Approved', also showed growth, increasing by 5% year-on-year between January and September 2025. To support its growing electric vehicle (EV) customer base, Audi has expanded its charging network to over 6,500 public charging points across India.

Looking ahead, Audi plans to introduce several new initiatives to enhance customer experience. These include an Audi-branded dash cam accessory, an assured buyback program, an extended 10-year warranty, and 15 years of roadside assistance.

In comparison, other luxury car manufacturers also reported strong sales in the first half of 2025. Jaguar Land Rover India sold 3,214 units, while Mercedes-Benz India sold 9,013 units. BMW was close behind with 7,774 units. Audi, however, has not seen a significant increase in sales since the first half of the year, despite the positive outlook expressed by its head.
