Audience of Russian music enthusiasts and sound quality connoisseurs are readying for "Vinyl & Streaming Day"

The first installment of the HI-FI & HIGH END SHOW Urals was held in 2019, with annual recurrences beginning in 2023. Originating in Moscow, the exhibition has been a staple for 29 years, also making appearances in St. Petersburg. Each year, the event draws thousands of audiophiles, music enthusiasts, producers, dealers, and distributors.

This year's annual high-end audio and video exhibition, HI-FI & HIGH END SHOW Urals, will take place from May 31 to June 1 at the "Moskovskaya Gorka" hotel in Yekaterinburg. Running from 10:00 to 18:00, admission is free but registration is essential.

Organizers have begun to disclose details of the business and entertainment program, with May 31 marking the "Day of Vinyl and Streaming" in Hall 1A.

11:30 - 13:00: A talk titled "Streaming in Russia: The Glitz and the Frequency," delivered by Timur Goncharenko, Director of Contract Manufacturing at AO "Firma "MMS"

13:00 - 14:00: A lecture on "Vinyl Collecting in the Era of Neural Networks" by Igor Tsaler, author of the "Music. History, Discoveries, Myths" channel, writer, and journalist

14:30 - 15:30: A discussion on "Everything You Need to Know About Phono Cartridges," led by Valeriy Bykovchenko, founder of Valeron's Vinyl Channel and a well-known vinyl collector

15:30 - 16:30: A presentation on "Vinyl Record Production: Myths and Reality," featuring Artem Tupik, Director of Muzilla Company, and Ilya Tavlyaev, Head of Quality Control Department at Muzilla Pro Factory

The "Vinyl and Streaming Day" is designed to cater to a broad audience, including those with interests in high-end audio and video technology, modern sound reproduction technologies, and vinyl history. Attendees can pose questions to the experts and receive practical advice.
