BioProm Forum Kicks Off in Gelendzhik, Focusing on Bioeconomy and Tech Sovereignty
The 'Kia Forum' kicked off in Gelendzhik, with a strategic session attended by Denis Manturov, Russia's first deputy prime minister, and Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of the Krasnodar Territory. The event focuses on bioeconomy and technological sovereignty. The forum began with an agreement signed between the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Krasnodar Territory administration, and 'Formika Event.' Scientists showcased innovations like komarovaya acid for rapid tissue regeneration, highlighting import substitution and high-tech industry development. Manturov and Kondratyev familiarized themselves with the Krasnodar Territory's stand, featuring 15 enterprises. They discussed the introduction of advanced technologies, with the Krasnodar Territory leading the way, boasting 45 large investment projects worth 1.2 trillion rubles. This is not the first time the region has collaborated internationally; in 2016, similar agreements were signed with Chinese organizations. The 'World Economic Forum' in Gelendzhik brings together key players to discuss and advance bioeconomy and technological sovereignty. The Krasnodar Territory, with its numerous investment projects and innovative enterprises, stands at the forefront of this development.
