Boris FX welcomes Renée Robyn in her new role as Optics Product Manager
In a move that is set to redefine the visual effects and video editing landscape, Renee Robyn has been appointed as the Product Manager for Boris FX Optics. This announcement was made public on August 1, 2025.
Robyn, a renowned photographer and expert retoucher, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her imaginative photography, blending fact, fiction, and digital alchemy, has earned her commissions from premier technology brands such as Adobe, Wacom, and Intel, as well as entertainment powerhouses like Nita Strauss, Housecore Horror, and The Alberta Ballet.
Robyn's familiarity with Boris FX Optics, having previously used its filters in her photography, will undoubtedly prove beneficial in her new position. She will work closely with Optics product designer Marco Paolini to elevate the Photoshop plugin within the photography industry.
