Cleve Mesidor: From Obama's White House to Blockchain Pioneer

Cleve Mesidor, a former presidential appointee under Obama, has carved a successful path in the crypto industry. Mentored by Michael Matthews and Robert Raben, she now aims to demystify crypto language and promote diversity in tech.

Mesidor's journey began when she learned about bitcoin during her time in the Obama Administration and was inspired by the movie 'Dope'. She founded LOGOS, a blockchain-based social network for activists and disruptors, to tackle censorship and trolls/bots issues on traditional social media.

She believes blockchain and crypto regulatory policy require international cooperation. To attract mainstream consumers, she advocates for simplifying crypto language. Mesidor advises aspiring blockchain professionals to clearly define the problem they're solving and if blockchain is the right solution.

Currently, she's raising funds for LOGOS' MVP and organizing the 'Women of Color in Blockchain Congressional Briefing' in Washington D.C. She also mentors NYC high school students interested in blockchain through the NYC BlockchainsForSchools Mentoring Program.

Cleve Mesidor's career transition from politics to the crypto industry highlights the potential of career shifts. Her work with LOGOS and mentoring programs showcases her commitment to fostering diversity and innovation in tech. With her international perspective on regulation and dedication to simplifying crypto language, she's poised to drive crypto's mainstream adoption.
