Coperni's SS2026 Collection: Tech Tailoring Meets 'Carewear'

Coperni's Spring Summer 2026 collection merges tradition, technology, and science. The French fashion house presents Tech Tailoring, adaptable garments, and C+, a line of 'carewear' designed to interact with the body's microbiome.

Coperni's Tech Tailoring collection blends classic design with innovative functionality. Jackets and trousers feature hidden systems allowing for adjustable lengths. Belts double as compact bags, equipped with pockets for essentials like an iPhone or AirPods, demonstrating adaptable functionality.

The collection's styling emphasizes clarity and movement. Garments are designed with a looseness that moves with the wearer's body, feeling deliberate and well-crafted. Coperni continues its focus on innovation and mindful design with gemstone Swipe bags and mycelium leather accessories.

Coperni's latest innovation, C+, is a new line of 'carewear'. Developed in collaboration with the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique), C+ includes probiotic garments that release micro-organisms to help rebalance the skin's microbiome and support repair. The collection draws inspiration from historical anatomical studies and sculptural écorché, translating muscular lines into fluid pleats and scorched plisse fabrics. Tech Tailoring adds hidden adjusters and elastic fastenings, allowing clothes to move naturally with the body. Coperni studies the body's structure to create garments that move like muscle, joining science with softness and turning innovation into something human. Additionally, Coperni collaborates with a South Korean developer to introduce mycelium-based leather for jackets and bags, grown rather than extracted.

Coperni's Spring Summer 2026 collection showcases the brand's commitment to innovation and sustainability. With Tech Tailoring, adaptable garments, and C+, a line of 'carewear' designed to interact with the body's microbiome, Coperni continues to push the boundaries of fashion, merging tradition, technology, and science.
