Danner & Huckberry Unveil Gold Rush Edition Mountain 600 GTX Boots
Danner Boots, established in 1932 by Charles Danner, has teamed up with Huckberry to release a special edition of the popular Mountain 600 GTX. The Gold Rush-inspired boot barn boots are now available for $220 through Huckberry in limited quantities.
The Danner Mountain 600 GTX, launched in 2017, is renowned for its durability and traction, originally designed for loggers. The new Gold Rush version, a result of Danner and Huckberry's collaboration, pays homage to mid-1800s San Francisco frontiersmen.
The limited edition boots feature a roughed-up suede upper, a breathable and waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, and a Vibram Kletterlift Thin outsole for excellent grip. They also boast Danner's signature stitchdown construction and bi-fit board for stability. The boots develop a unique patina over time with regular use, adding to their character.
The Huckberry x Danner Mountain 600 GTX comes with special details like a co-branded tag and a Huckberry Tree Logo on the heel. These boots are eligible for recrafting and resoling at Danner's Recrafting Department in Portland, ensuring their longevity.
The Danner x Huckberry Mountain 600 GTX Gold Rush edition combines the brand's rich history with modern functionality. With its unique design and durable construction, these limited edition boot barn boots are a must-have for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
