Digital Transformation in Cold Chain Transportation: T Comm Embraces Digital Solutions for Cold Chain Management in 2025

T Comm Telematics Unveils Innovative Temperature and Asset Management Solutions at Transport Logistic 2025

T Comm Telematics, a leading provider of modular telematics solutions, is set to showcase its latest developments in temperature and asset management for road freight transport at the Transport Logistic in Munich from June 2 to 5, 2025.

The company's focus is on digital applications designed to ease the daily workload of driving personnel and logistics companies. One such application is a mobile app for drivers, which provides real-time information on trailer temperatures, door openings, and potential alarm messages. A QR code affixed to the outside of the trailer can be scanned with any mobile device to display the current temperature data.

The new solutions from T Comm are positioned as part of their temperature management solutions in the refrigerated transport sector. The aim of these new solutions is to seamlessly secure the cold chain not only during transport but also in storage areas.

The driver app from T Comm Telematics automatically notifies the driver in the event of deviations. The recorded data in the T Comm solution includes temperature trends, door status, truck coupling, fill levels, and trailer management information. The devices enable real-time tracking and are tool-free to install, completed in a few minutes.

Moreover, T Comm's new solutions are based on wireless sensor technology and can be integrated into existing business processes through open standards. The complete solution offered by T Comm includes wireless sensors, a base unit, and a web portal for centralized monitoring.

The company will also premiere the solar unit TCD100/S and the asset tracking unit TCD100/2 at the Transport Logistic in Munich. Both devices are suitable for a wide range of transport means such as trailers, crane trucks, or truck-mounted forklifts.

T Comm Telematics' presentation can be found at Hall B1, Booth 323/424.
