Dirac Appoints Helene Warme as New CFO
Dirac, a leading innovator in smart acoustics, has appointed Helene Warme as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 2025. Warme brings over a decade of experience leading finance teams in industries closely aligned with Dirac's business.
Warme succeeds Klas Åström, who is retiring after steering Dirac's finances through years of R&D investment and rapid international expansion. She will be based at Dirac's headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden.
Warme holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Göteborg University and a Master of Science in Business & Finance from Bond University, Australia. Her extensive experience across Dirac's two fastest-growing markets, automotive and home audio, uniquely positions her to guide the company's financial strategy through its next phase of expansion.
Dirac has been on a strong financial trajectory. The company reported a positive EBIT for the first time in 2024, reaching SEK 13.2 million. Its net sales achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27% from 2019 to 2024, fueled by record automotive adoption and strong home audio consumer market growth. Dirac's smart acoustics technologies are now deployed by leading global brands across various product categories, including automotive and home theater.
Helene Warme officially started her role as CFO on September 15, 2025. As CFO, she will oversee all global financial operations and guide Dirac's next stage of growth, focusing on profitability, scale, global expansion, and operational excellence.
