Fender, the iconic American guitar manufacturer, has announced the launch of its latest premium offering – the American Ultra Luxe Vintage series. This new range combines classic vintage aesthetics and tone with modern innovations and player-focused features.

The American Ultra Luxe Vintage series delivers authentic vintage Fender tone and look, with alder bodies and meticulously aged heirloom nitrocellulose lacquer finish. This finish lets the wood breathe and develops a unique wear pattern over time, delivering authentic vintage tone and resonance.
The Modern D-shaped, quartersawn maple necks, with satin finish, provide smooth playability and durability. The fingerboards are a 10"–14" compound-radius rosewood, allowing for fluid lead playing and easy chording, combined with medium-jumbo stainless steel frets that offer longevity and smooth string bending.
Advanced Electronics and Hardware
The guitars feature Pure Vintage pickups that recreate the classic Fender tones from the '50s and '60s era. The Stratocaster models include '61 single-coil pickups, and some models incorporate a Haymaker™ humbucker for expanded tonal range. Additionally, an S-1 switching system enhances tonal versatility by allowing coil-splitting and other pickup combinations.

The American Ultra Luxe Vintage '60s Telecaster Custom is offered in Lake Placid Blue and 3-Color Sunburst, while the '60s Stratocaster is priced from £2,899.00 to £2,949 and has Pure Vintage '61 Strat single-coils.
