Flightradar24 & Panasonic Avionics Team Up for Real-Time Inflight Fleet Tracking
Flightradar24 and Panasonic Avionics have joined forces to enhance inflight entertainment. The partnership will integrate Flightradar24's live airline fleet data into Panasonic Avionics' ArcTM moving map platform.
Panasonic Avionics will seamlessly blend Flightradar24's data into its ArcTM maps, creating a real-time display of all airborne aircraft from the passenger's carrier. This new Live Fleet View feature will provide a unique and engaging experience for flyers, allowing them to track their airline's operations in real-time.
The collaboration follows a similar partnership between FlightPath3D and FlightAware, which introduced the 'Control Tower' mode for passengers. United Airlines will be the first to offer this feature on its flights.
