Hippo Appoints Data Veteran Robin Gordon as New Chief Data Officer

Gordon brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He previously served as Global Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Travelers and held various executive positions at global companies like Blackstone, KPMG, and CoreLogic. Notably, while at MetLife, he launched the company's first enterprise data strategy, supporting a staggering $65 billion in revenue across 60 countries.
In his new capacity at Hippo, Gordon will report directly to President and CEO Rick McCathron. He is eager to partner with the leadership team to advance innovation and strengthen risk management. Gordon's primary mission will be to lead the strategic growth and evolution of Hippo's Data & Analytics function. He aims to enhance Hippo's risk management capabilities by advancing the use of predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
