IABM Confirms Composition of 2025 Board of Directors

Newly Elected IABM Members' Board to Champion Innovation and Advance Transformation Program

The International Trade Association for Broadcast and Media Technology (IABM) has announced its Members' Board for 2025 following an election. The newly elected directors, along with the continuing members, will steer the overall strategic direction of the association and play a crucial role in its ongoing transformation program.

The newly elected directors are:

  • Steph Lone from AWS
  • Alison Pavitt from Blue Lucy
  • Oscar Teran from EVS
  • Adam Marshall from Grass Valley
  • Glodina Lostanlen from Imagine Communications
  • Hasan R. Sayed Hasan from MasterMedia
  • Ajey Anand from Norigin
  • Tom Wootton from Red Bee Media
  • Chris Lennon from Ross Video
  • Anna Lockwood from Telstra

The continuing directors are:

  • Josh Arensberg from Verizon (Chair)
  • Andreas Hilmer from Lawo (Immediate Past Chair)
  • Jade Kurian from latakoo
  • David Phillips from Multicast
  • Peter Sykes from Sony
  • Saleha Williams, CEO of IABM
  • Lucinda Meek, CFOO, IABM

Josh Arensberg from Verizon was re-elected as Chair for the next two years. Andreas Hilmer from Lawo will serve as the Immediate Past Chair.

The IABM Members' Board will represent the diverse voices within its global membership and input into the association's long-term strategy. The Board will champion innovation and support the association's work over the next two years as it advances its transformation program, which is focused on strengthening global engagement, enhancing member services, and reinforcing IABM's position as the independent voice of the industry.

Saleha Williams, CEO of IABM, expressed her excitement about the new lineup, stating that the association is well-positioned to continue building a globally connected, forward-looking association.

IABM will be active at IBC2025, with the IABM Hub located in the RAI Diamond Lounge, featuring the IABM Member Lounge, IABM Impact Stage, and IABM TV. A full AGM summary, including additional updates and insights, is available at www.iabmimpact.com.

The IABM Members' Board will work closely with the CEO and senior executives of IABM in guiding these initiatives and representing the interests of the membership. The Board will also be instrumental in the association's efforts to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth within the broadcast and media technology industry.

  4. A major focus of the IABM Members' Board will be to champion innovation, collaboration, and growth within the broad and media technology sector, with their work continuing through digital platforms such as IP video, finance, business, and technology.
