Ideagen Boosts EHS Software Offerings With Two Strategic Acquisitions
Ideagen, a UK-based software company, has bolstered its offerings with two strategic acquisitions. It has snapped up aviation compliance specialist Casper and chemical management software provider SafetyStratus.
The acquisition of SafetyStratus will allow Ideagen to expand its reach into life sciences, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors. SafetyStratus brings a suite of modules including chemical management, chemical inventory, radiation, hazardous waste, and biosafety, serving over 500,000 users globally.
Ideagen also plans to integrate Casper's platform to enhance its environmental, health, and safety (EHS) offerings for aviation customers. Casper, founded in Augsburg, Germany, specialises in monitoring the environmental impact of airline movements, currently serving 60 major airports in 15 countries.
With these acquisitions, Ideagen strengthens its position in the EHS software market. It will now offer SafetyStratus' solutions as 'Ideagen Chemical Management', expanding its customer base and capabilities.
