Immersive Appoints Two Industry Veterans to Drive Unified Cyber Resilience Platform
Immersive, a company specialising in cyber resilience, has appointed two industry veterans to drive development of its unified platform, Immersive One. The platform serves prominent clients like Citi, Pfizer, and the UK Ministry of Defence, and is backed by investors such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Aniket Menon, with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology, joins as Chief Product Officer. Menon will use his expertise to improve individual skills and produce reports validating cyber resilience, aligning with industry frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
Thanos Karpouzis, also with 15 years of experience in the software industry, joins as Chief Technology Officer. Karpouzis previously served as CTO at CoachHub and engineering lead at Babbel. He will oversee the development of Immersive One's features, including role-specific training and simulations.
Immersive One is a unified platform supporting organisations in proving, improving, benchmarking, and reporting their cyber resilience. It uses data and insights to enhance individual skills and produce reports validating cyber resilience.
Immersive's CEO, Mark Schmitz, expects the new appointments to accelerate advancements in Immersive One's features. With Menon and Karpouzis on board, the company aims to further strengthen its cybersecurity offerings, benefiting its high-profile clients.
