"This is more than a policy implementation-it's a cultural transformation in education." so eloquently stated Mrutyunjay Behera, Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. "By offering MBA programs in regional languages, IGNOU is bringing professional education closer to the grassroots, aligning perfectly with NEP 2020's emphasis on multilingual and inclusive education."
Dr Abhay Jere, Vice Chairman, AICTE, highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence in education. "We are on the cusp of a spectacular new era where AI is empowering real-time translation and localization of content at an extraordinary scale. The Anuvadini tool symbolizes a significant advancement in making education universally accessible." He passionately advocated for a subscription-based model of higher education, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
Professor Uma Kanjilal, Vice Chancellor, IGNOU, expressed that technology is the driving force behind this revolution. "Our mission is to ensure that every learner is included, regardless of their linguistic background, using technology to create exceptional educational experiences across languages."
