Innovation Center Launches in Ho Chi Minh City
🔥 🏙️ VIBRANT HCM CITY WELCOMES NEWER INNOVATION SPECTACLE 🔥 🏙️
Hey there! HCM City is buzzing again, as CT Group unveiled their swanky new creation - the CT Innovation Hub, nestled right in the heart of District 3. This bad boy ain't your average innovation center, no siree! It's a fully-integrated 4.0 innovation ecosystem, connecting local and international resources, fostering upcoming tech industries, and providing a stomping ground for our young, tech-savvy talent to roll up their sleeves and dive into some real-world, high-tech action.
CT Group's bigwig, Chairman Tràn Kim Chung, didn't mince his words at the launch: "We're not about empty promises or lip service. This hub is all about putting innovation into action, mobilizing the creative potential of Vietnam's youth."
So what's this hub gonna focus on? Nine priority tech sectors, baby! We're talking semiconductors, artificial intelligence, drones, digital currency, carbon credits, zero-emission housing, quantum computing, renewable energy, and gene-cell technology. And guess what? All these exciting technologies have been homegrown in Vietnam!
This launch coincides with broader national strides to boost innovation capacity. Vietnam moved up four spots to 44th place in the 2024 Global Innovation Index. But there’s still work to be done: startup failure rates are off the charts, existing innovation centers haven't been delivering the economic goods, and we're losing too many of our brightest minds to foreign shores after they graduate.
But fear not! The CT Innovation Hub is part of the Innovation Hub Alliance (IHA), a network that connects over 60 domestic and 100 international innovation centers. The goal here is to foster global collaboration, share tech knowledge, and bolster Vietnam's standing on the global innovation stage. - VNS
