Indian gaming company SuperGaming is set to make a significant international debut, starting with Latin America through a partnership with LOUD.GG. The move is part of the company's plan to accelerate the global launch of its flagship game, Indus Battle Royale, and to provide advanced backend technology to developers in emerging markets.

SuperGaming recently secured $15 million in its Series B funding round, achieved at a valuation of $100 million. The funds will be used to expand the international presence of Indus Battle Royale, with a focus on Latin America and the Middle East. The company plans to achieve this through strategic partnerships, such as the one with LOUD.GG, and by enhancing their Google Cloud-powered backend infrastructure platform, SuperPlatform.

SuperPlatform supports the game development lifecycle with AI-assisted tools, analytics, and monetization systems. The platform is aimed at developers in under-resourced regions, and the expansion will enable more developers to access advanced backend technology.

In addition to the global expansion, SuperGaming is also deepening its investment in Web3 technology. The company plans to integrate Web3 elements through SuperPlatform to align with blockchain trends in gaming. This move is supported by participation from investors like Polygon Ventures and other prominent Web3 backers in the Series B round.

The company's CEO, Roby John, stated, "'Indus' is just the beginning. Through SuperPlatform, we want to empower developers globally with the tech to bring their visions to life."

SuperGaming was founded in 2017 by Roby John, Sreejit J, Navneet Waraich, Christelle D'Cruz, and Sanket Nadhani. The company has already made a significant impact in the gaming industry, with its most ambitious title, Indus, surpassing 9 million downloads.

The company's portfolio has crossed 200 million installs, and it has raised funds from a mix of strategic investors and venture capital firms, including a16z Speedrun, Bandai Namco 021 Fund, GFR Fund, IVC Japan, Neowiz (Korea), LOUD.GG (Brazil), Barings, and Steadview Capital. Web3 players such as Polygon Ventures, Sandeep Nailwal, Decentralised.co, Fourth Revolution Capital (4RC), 32-Bit Ventures, King River Capital, Ryze Labs, Ed3n Ventures, Gabby Dizon, Santiago R Santos, and Visceral Capital also participated in the funding round.

With over 120 team members across Pune and Singapore, SuperGaming is poised for a significant global expansion. The company's push into Web3 includes building a Layer-3 blockchain with B3 GameChain. The aim is to stay at the forefront of gaming innovation while capitalizing on the fast-growing mobile gaming markets globally, leveraging both technological innovation and localized content strategies.

In summary, SuperGaming's global expansion plans include a focus on Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and other emerging markets. The company aims to scale the presence of Indus Battle Royale globally, enhance SuperPlatform with Google Cloud support, deepen its investment in Web3 technology, and expand its teams in game design, engineering, and publishing to support global scale and hyper-local content creation.
