Jaguar Classic Crafts Two E-Type Commemorative Cars for 50th Anniversary
Jaguar Classic has crafted two stunning E-Type Commemorative cars to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the last E-Type leaving the factory. These unique vehicles are not for sale and were built for a client in Southeast Asia.
The cars are powered by a 3.8-liter straight-six engine with electronic fuel injection and a five-speed manual transmission. They come in Signet Green and Opal Black paint jobs, with period-correct Curly Hub-style wheels and custom emblems.
The interior boasts premium Bridge of Weir leather upholstery, handcrafted leather inserts, and modern amenities like a Bluetooth stereo and heated windscreen. Each car is a meticulous, bespoke creation, featuring details crafted in collaboration with Deakin & Francis, a historic jewelry manufacturer.
Famously described by Enzo Ferrari as 'the most beautiful car ever made', the Jaguar E-Type continues to inspire awe. These Commemorative editions were built by Jaguar Classic in collaboration with the British coachbuilding company Eagle.
Only two examples of the Jaguar Classic E-Type Commemorative Editions were built, each a testament to Jaguar's rich heritage and craftsmanship. While not for sale, interested parties can commission their own continuation cars from Jaguar's Classics division.
