Kumpan's Electric Scooters Lead Urban Mobility Revolution
Small motorcycles, including mopeds, scooters, and electric scooters, are popular for urban mobility. They come with various engine types and power outputs, with electric motors being increasingly common. Regular safety checks by the TÜV are mandatory to keep these vehicles roadworthy.
Currently, Kumpan offers two electric scooters in the small motorcycle segment: the 54 Iconic and 54 Inspire, both featuring a 4 kW motor. These models cater to the growing demand for eco-friendly options in city traffic.
Small motorcycles, defined as motorized two-wheelers with an engine capacity not exceeding 50 cm³ and a top speed of 45 km/h, are practical for short distances. They typically require only a moped license to operate, falling under the AM class. Three-wheeled variants, such as trikes and quads, also exist, offering better stability and higher payload capacity, especially in the mini-transporter segment.
With options ranging from electric motors to classic combustion engines, small motorcycles provide an efficient and eco-friendly solution for urban mobility. Regular TÜV inspections ensure these vehicles remain safe and roadworthy, contributing to overall traffic safety.
