Lego's Internal Marketing Department Selects Previous McCann Australia CEO as Its New Head
The Lego Group Appoints Nicole Taylor as Senior Vice President and Head of In-House Agency
The Lego Group has announced a new addition to its leadership team, with Nicole Taylor joining as the Senior Vice-President and Head of OLA, the company's in-house creative agency. Taylor will be reporting to Julia Goldin, the Chief Product and Marketing Officer for Lego.
Taylor's extensive experience in the advertising industry will be a valuable asset to Lego. She previously served as the CEO of McCann Worldgroup Australia. In her new role, she will be responsible for setting the strategy and innovation drive for The Lego Group's in-house creative agency.
The Lego Agency, as it is known, has a global presence with offices outside of its headquarters in Billund, Denmark. The agency's geographical reach includes the U.S., the U.K., China, and Singapore, in addition to Denmark. The agency's international offices can be found in Enfield in the U.S., London in the U.K., Shanghai, China, and Singapore. The agency also has offices in Billund, Denmark, and Shanghai, China.
The Lego Agency employs around 400 staff, and Taylor will be leading the OLA team and overseeing agency operations, with senior staff such as Jennifer Berry reporting directly to her. Taylor's start date at The Lego Group is January next year.
