PIH Health Seeks Idaho Remote Workers for Epic Application Analyst Role
PIH Health, a prominent nonprofit healthcare network in Southern California, is looking for experienced remote workers in Idaho for the Epic Application Analyst, Bridges Interface role. The position is open to both internal applicants and those from Altera, with a focus on exceptional patient care and innovative technology.
PIH Health, renowned for excellence in patient care and experience, is recognized for its best practices and healthcare technology. The network serves approximately 3 million residents across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley, offering a wide range of services including hospitals, medical offices, a multispecialty medical group, home healthcare, and hospice care.
The Epic Application Analyst, Bridges Interface role is responsible for serving as the primary contact for assigned interfaces. This involves coordinating analysis sessions, creating technical designs, and owning issue triage. Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with project leadership and subject matter experts. Experience with interface engines is required for roles II and III, and preferred for the I role. Epic certification is mandatory within 120 days of hire or transfer for internal applicants, and external applicants must possess active certification.
Wolfgang Tomaschek, a Senior IT Project Manager and certified Requirements Manager, will collaborate with the successful candidate as the Interface project manager.
