The candidate should have practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab. They should also be proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash and have knowledge of Infrastructure Code tools like Terraform and Ansible, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
