Google is gearing up for the launch of its latest Pixel devices, the Pixel 10 family, on August 20, 2025. The event will mark the official unveiling and pre-orders for the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL.
According to reports from WinFuture, shipping for the core models is expected to begin around August 28, 2025. However, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a are anticipated to face supply chain delays and may not be available until October 9, 2025.
Supply Chain Issues and Staggered Releases
The delay in the release of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a is attributed to manufacturing complexity and component shortages. This six-week stagger between the Pixel 10 phones and these accessories may impact Google's ecosystem launch momentum and put the foldable device in direct competition with fully available Samsung Galaxy Z series phones in the fall market.
The engineering demands of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, such as a large 5,015mAh battery and slimmer bezels, are contributing to these supply constraints.
