Mikey Farr Joins 72andSunny Amsterdam as Executive Creative Director

Mikey Farr has joined the ranks of 72andSunny Amsterdam as its new Executive Creative Director (ECD). Farr brings a wealth of experience in advertising, brand communications, and leadership roles to his new position.

Before joining 72andSunny Amsterdam, Farr spent a year and a half at Dyson, where he oversaw the brand's creative output. Prior to that, he worked for an unspecified duration at W+K.

In his new role, Farr will lead the creative vision for the agency, driving innovative and impactful campaigns. He will mentor creative teams, helping to strengthen 72andSunny Amsterdam’s presence and reputation in the Amsterdam market. Farr's focus will be on crafting compelling storytelling and strategic creative solutions that resonate with clients and audiences, contributing to the agency’s growth and creative excellence.

Farr's professional background includes more than 15 years at W+K, most recently at its Tokyo office where he was the ECD. He has also worked in multiple locations, including Amsterdam and Tokyo.

Farr will join the leadership team at 72andSunny Amsterdam, which includes Ben Armistead (Executive Strategy Director), Stephanie Oakley (Director of Production), and Laura Visco (another Executive Creative Director).

Farr's responsibilities at 72andSunny Amsterdam will include overseeing and elevating creative talent within the agency. He will be responsible for Dyson's product development, packaging, ecommerce, and brand communications, as well as contributing to the agency’s growth and creative excellence.

Farr's appointment comes as 72andSunny Amsterdam continues to expand its footprint in the Amsterdam market. With Farr's expertise and leadership, the agency is poised to deliver even more innovative and impactful campaigns to its clients and audiences.
