Senior Web Developer with Expertise in WordPress
Breadstack Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Web Developer & WordPress Specialist for a full-time, remote position. This role focuses on developing high-quality custom WordPress themes and plugins, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and modern coding standards.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
As a Senior Web Developer, you will be expected to demonstrate the following technical skills:
- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch, employing mobile-first, accessible design principles.
- Create advanced WordPress plugins using modern PHP and WordPress API standards.
- Implement front-end interfaces using SCSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Blocks.
Soft skills such as strong communication, self-management, responsiveness, and the ability to mentor junior developers are equally important. Excellent English communication (written and spoken) is a requirement.
Work Details
The position requires approximately 40 hours per week, with at least 5 hours of overlap within 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including developers, designers, and project managers.
