Software Developer with Expertise in Python and React
Usersnap, a B2B SaaS software specializing in collecting and managing customer feedback on websites and web applications, is seeking a mid-level Fullstack Engineer to join its team. This role is part of saas.group, a dynamic and remote team of nearly 350 colleagues spanning 45 countries, known for acquiring and polishing small SaaS ventures.
The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of key new backend components in Python, supporting AI-based user feedback analysis. This role offers an opportunity to work on the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
In addition, the engineer will contribute to the product's evolution by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design, bringing technical insight into feature planning. The role also involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, user-facing features primarily on the backend and occasionally on the frontend.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience with unit and integration testing, code linting, and writing clean, maintainable code. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based deployments is essential. Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK) is a strong advantage.
The engineer should also have some experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React. Building integrations with 3rd party product analytics and other tools is also part of the role to provide a unified product intelligence layer.
