Starrag Unveils Heckert H100: Heavy-Duty Machining Centre with Enhanced Automation
Starrag has introduced the Heckert H100, a compact machining centre designed for heavy-duty tasks. Unveiled at Technology Days in Chemnitz, the H100 replaces the older Heckert HEC 1000 4-axis centre and offers improved automation and integration capabilities.
The Heckert H100 boasts impressive dimensions of 8,900mm by 4,600mm, enabling travel paths of 1,750 by 1,300 by 1,400mm in the X, Y, and Z axes. It can handle large and heavy parts, with a loading weight of 4,000kg. The machine's pallet size is 1m.
The H100 is easier to automate and integrates better into customers' infrastructure compared to its predecessor. It offers tailor-made solutions for highly productive machining, particularly in commercial vehicles and high-precision mechanical engineering.
The Heckert H100, presented by Heckert in April 2024, is a significant upgrade from its predecessor. With its robust design, improved automation, and seamless integration, it promises enhanced productivity and efficiency in heavy-duty machining tasks.
