T-Satellite Expands Coverage with Support for Multiple Smartphones

T-Mobile's satellite service, T-Satellite, has made significant strides, now supporting over 60 smartphones from various manufacturers. This includes devices from Apple, Google, and Samsung, as well as models from Motorola.

The service, powered by Starlink satellites, aims to provide coverage in previously unreachable "dead zones" across the U.S. Some of the supported iPhone models include the iPhone 13 and later. For Google, the Pixel 9 has been added to the list, while Samsung devices such as the Galaxy S21 and newer models are now compatible.

In addition, optimized devices like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 6, iPhone 16, and Google Pixel 9 are specifically mentioned for T-Mobile customers during the beta phase. Google devices supported include the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and Pixel 9a. Motorola devices supported include the Razr (2024), Razr+ (2024), Razr (2025), Razr+ (2025), Motorola G 5G 2025, Motorola G Power 5G 2025, and Motorola Edge 2025.

To use T-Satellite, users need an unlocked device. T-Mobile's list of upcoming devices includes the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Motorola Razr+ (2025), Motorola Razr Ultra (2025), T-Mobile REVVL 7, and T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro.

While voice and data coverage are not available at the launch of T-Satellite, the service currently supports sending and receiving text messages, including to 911, and location sharing. Plans for T-Satellite start at $10 per month, with a future price of $15 per month.

After a beta testing period, T-Satellite is now available to all US-based customers. This includes models from Google, Samsung, and Motorola, as well as several other smartphones. For compatibility with AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers, unlocked devices with eSIM support are eligible to join the beta program.

Gadgets like the Samsung Galaxy S21 and newer models, as well as Google Pixel 9 and iPhone 13 and later, have been added to T-Satellite's growing list of supported smartphones. T-Mobile's satellite service also includes smartphones from Motorola, such as the Razr (2024) and Razr+ (2024).
