Tech collaboration unveiled between Sensolus and RaceTrac for advanced tracking solutions
RaceTrac, a leading convenience store retailer, has formed a partnership with Sensolus, a global provider of industrial IoT solutions. According to Steve Logue, General Manager of Sensolus, the end-to-end tracking solution encompasses software, hardware, and connectivity. This technology will allow RaceTrac to quickly and efficiently service fuel pumps across its 590+ store locations, saving time and money while ensuring pumps function properly for customers.
The solution provides RaceTrac with regular, actionable insights into the location and movement of parts via user-friendly dashboards. Proactive alerts will be sent out when anomalies such as low inventory or excessive dwell times may occur, enabling RaceTrac to manage its assets more effectively and prevent service disruptions.
This tracking is intended to expedite the servicing of pumps at RaceTrac's gas stations, benefiting both the company and its customers. The improved operational efficiency supports RaceTrac’s focus on exceptional customer service, ensuring a better, frictionless fueling experience for customers around the clock.
