Tesla Launches Cybertruck in Middle East, Sparking EV Demand
Tesla has expanded its electric vehicle (EV) footprint in the Middle East, launching the Cybertruck in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. The manufacturer's latest offering has sparked interest in the region, driven by growing demand for premium EVs and government initiatives promoting sustainable mobility.
The Cybertruck's launch in the Middle East comes with two trims available for customers: the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and the flagship Cyberbeast. The AWD variant offers an impressive estimated range of 523 km, can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, and boasts a towing capacity of up to 4,990 kg. Meanwhile, the Cyberbeast trim enhances performance, shaving off 1.6 seconds to achieve a 0-100 km/h time of just 2.7 seconds.
Pricing for the Cybertruck in Saudi Arabia starts at SAR 434,990 for the AWD trim and SAR 484,990 for the Cyberbeast. Tesla initially launched the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) Cybertruck in Saudi Arabia in April 2025, with deliveries slated for late 2025. However, the U.S. market saw the RWD model discontinued in July 2025.
Tesla's Cybertruck, now available in the Middle East, caters to the growing demand for premium electric vehicles in the region. With its robust performance, impressive range, and high towing capacity, the Cybertruck is poised to make a significant impact on the local EV market.
