Embracing this hot topic in design, The Clios partnered with music and sound experts MassiveMusic to create an audibly decadent identity that intertwines classical instrumentation with contemporary innovation.
This auditory signature, a seamless blend of timeless and modern vibes, serves as a symbol of the awards' lasting legacy. Rooted in the tale of Clio, the muse of history and creativity, the new sonic identity encapsulates the enduring impact of creative ideas on our culture.
"This marriage of historical depth and contemporary flair ensures the Clios rise above as the pinnacle of creative excellence, both visually and audibly," a press release reads.
Cece Wyldeck, EMEA creative director at MassiveMusic, who crafted the sonic identity, shed some light on the project. "We aimed to capture the essence of the Clios, drawing not only from their rich heritage but also embodying their forward-thinking spirit," she said. "Through collaboration and collective vision, we managed to create something truly distinct that resonates with audiences."
Samuel Andryk, senior creative lead at MassiveMusic, emphasized the importance of storytelling in the production process. "Sonic branding is all about making people feel something, and in this project, we wanted to convey the journey of creativity," he shared. "You'll hear a confident call to creativity, the spark and spread of ideas, and culminating in a celebration of achievement – all musical elements that are unique to the Clios."
