Triton Successfully Completes Takeover of Bosch Security Division
New Security and Communications Technology Powerhouse Debuts: Keenfinity Group
The security and communications technology landscape has been shaken up with the debut of the Keenfinity Group, a new powerhouse company formed following the acquisition of Bosch's security and communications technology product business by the European investment firm Triton.
The Keenfinity Group, first introduced at ISC West 2025 in Las Vegas, brings together some of the industry's most renowned brands under its umbrella. These include Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS, and Telex. The combined company covers a broad spectrum of products, from intelligent video systems to access control, intrusion alarm technology, and communication systems.
The acquisition, announced in December 2024, was completed on June 30. The newly formed Keenfinity Group reported approximately $1.1 billion (€1 billion) in revenue for fiscal year 2024 and employed over 4,200 people globally.
Post-sale, the business was renamed the Keenfinity Group and began operating as an independent company within Triton's portfolio as of July 2025. Bosch unveiled the new company identity with a soft launch at ISC West 2025, including signage at its booth.
The rebranding process for specific product lines will begin with Radionix, a legacy intrusion detection brand, as part of a phased rebranding process. During the transitional period following the acquisition, Bosch product names will continue to be used.
Product development and manufacturing for the combined company will continue at facilities in Germany, Portugal, Mexico, and China. Triton's acquisition of Bosch's security and communications technology product business is part of its strategy to support and develop market-leading companies in security and building technologies.
ISC West 2025 served not only as the venue for the soft launch of the Keenfinity branding but also for the reintroduction of Radionix. The acquisition and rebranding are set to bring significant changes to the security and communications technology sector, and the industry eagerly watches to see what the future holds for Keenfinity Group.
