UBA Streamlines Electronic Invoicing and Procurement
The Federal Environment Agency (UBA) has updated its guidelines for electronic invoicing and procurement. Further details can be found on the Federal Ministry of the Interior's (BMI) pages and the UBA's download area.
The UBA provides guidelines on corporate design, document templates, gender-sensitive language, and barrier-free PDF documents in its download area. All tenders are published on the federal e-procurement platform and www.bund.de, with subscription options available via newsletters or RSS feeds.
For associations in environmental and nature conservation, information on grants can be found on the association funding page. For research projects, detailed information is available on the departmental research plan page. Contractors must submit invoices electronically via the OZG-RE platform, using the Leitweg-ID provided by the UBA. Only contract documents contain all necessary information for invoicing.
The UBA's updates aim to streamline electronic invoicing and procurement processes. Contractors are advised to use the OZG-RE platform and ensure their invoices contain the required details, including the Leitweg-ID.
