In a move to streamline device management for manufacturers, Xyte has unveiled a new modular structure for its Device Cloud. The innovative structure, named Xyte Hubs, is designed specifically for manufacturers and their partners.

Xyte Hubs aim to address business challenges and leverage growth opportunities for various stakeholders across the organization. The new structure is set to revolutionise remote monitoring, management, and scalability for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their channel partners.

The modular and scalable architecture of Xyte Hubs allows compatibility with a wide range of devices and equipment, offering flexibility to scale operations as needed, without being limited by single-tenancy or vendor lock-in.

One of the key features of Xyte Hubs is the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) service. This cloud-based service enables remote tracking, configuration, and management of unlimited devices in real-time, including telemetry monitoring and firmware updates. This reduces the need for costly on-site visits.

OEMs can also offer their customers a customised interface to set up, configure, and monitor devices, enhancing user experience and brand consistency, thanks to the federated, white-labeled solutions provided by Xyte Hubs.

The platform includes a Support Center with integrated ticket management and routing. It supports predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment failures and prevent downtime, ensuring continuous operations. The solution boasts a modern, intuitive interface tailored specifically to hardware manufacturers to streamline device operations.

Built-in enterprise-grade support for GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and other privacy, security, and compliance requirements provides assurance across different geographic regions. As-a-Service Capabilities and Financing Partnerships help manufacturers smoothly commercialize hardware and expand revenue opportunities through flexible service models.

Xyte's Commerce Hub assists manufacturers and partners in generating subscription revenues from devices and services. It enables the offering of premium features and creation of sustainable value for customers. Leading AV manufacturers, such as Symetrix and WyreStorm, have already launched ecommerce stores via Xyte's platform for easier and cost-effective feature unlocking.

Xyte Hubs consist of six components: Product Hub, Commerce Hub, Support Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, and Finance Hub. These Hubs allow manufacturers to configure, connect, and manage their cloud-connected products quickly and securely.

According to Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte, the new Hubs structure accelerates cloud deployment and simplifies device management, subscriptions, support, operations, and more for audiovisual and other types of manufacturers. With Xyte Hubs, manufacturers can bring their products to market swiftly and efficiently, making it easier for OEMs and partners to support and grow their hardware offerings via an integrated cloud ecosystem.
