Latest Update on Bose's QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds 2nd Generation: Improved Active Noise Cancellation and Clearer Call Quality

Upgraded QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds from Bose now boast improved Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and crystalline call clarity.

The QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen, the latest addition to Bose's popular line of noise-cancelling buds, have arrived, offering an upgrade from their predecessors and further enhancing the user experience.

Bose, a company renowned for its expertise in active noise cancellation, first transitioned this technology from headphones to earbuds in 2020. The new wireless earbuds are designed to handle a wide range of sounds, from steady, predictable ones like airplane engines and office HVAC systems, to more dynamic ones like sirens, clattering subway doors, and someone dropping something nearby.

One of the key features of the QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen is an AI-powered noise suppression system. This system isolates the user's voice and filters out background distractions, leading to improved call quality. The wireless earbuds also feature an eight-microphone array that works in conjunction with the AI-powered noise suppression system for even better call clarity.

The QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen are equipped with CustomTune calibration and AI-enhanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). They support SBC, AAC, and aptX Adaptive codecs, ensuring high-quality audio playback. The wireless earbuds also boast a battery life of 6 hours, with 4 hours of battery life when using Immersive Audio, and quick charging capabilities that provide 2 hours of playback after a 20-minute charge.

The QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen are available now from Bose, priced at $299. They come in three colours: Black, White Smoke, and Deep Plum (limited edition). The new ear tips on the wireless earbuds include wax guards, a practical feature for maintaining sound quality over time.

Wireless charging support is now available on the QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen. Users can disable the capacitive touch controls on the wireless earbuds through the Bose app, providing greater control over their listening experience.

The QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen have an IPX4 water resistance rating, making them suitable for use in a variety of environments. The wireless earbuds are designed to keep the user's voice "front, center, and clear" during phone calls, regardless of whether one or both wireless earbuds are being used.

In essence, the QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds 2nd Gen are a reimagining of how we experience silence in a noisy world, offering a more nuanced and adaptable approach to noise cancellation.
