VanadiumCorp Advances with Key Appointments and Quebec Pilot Plant Construction

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. (TSX-V: VRB, FSE: NWNA, OTC: VRBFF) has seen a series of appointments and developments. Shareholders approved all resolutions at the 2025 annual meeting, marking confidence in the company's direction.

Kristien Davenport continues to lead VanadiumCorp, reappointed as Director and CEO. He can be reached at [email protected]. Gilles Dupuis returns as Director and COO, while Andre Gauthier and James Tansey remain as Independent Directors and members of the Audit Committee. Tony Giuliano stays on as CFO, and Rachel Skoda as Corporate Secretary.

The company's progress includes the construction of an initial electrolyte pilot plant in Val-des-Sources, Quebec. This facility aims to evaluate extracted materials and produce electrolytes for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFBs). VanadiumCorp's strategic properties in Quebec, the Lac Dore and Iron-T deposits, are key to this development. Notably, the Lac Dore deposit is considered one of North America's premier undeveloped vanadium mineral resources.

VanadiumCorp's leadership and shareholders align on the company's vision. With a strong team in place and significant progress in its Quebec operations, the company continues to advance its proprietary VanadiumCorp Electrochem Processing Technology (VEPT) for extracting critical metals.
