Verisurf Unveils 2026: Connecting Quality Data Across Manufacturing
Verisurf Software has unveiled Verisurf 2026, the newest iteration of its model-based metrology platform. The release is a response to customer feedback, aiming to connect quality data throughout the manufacturing process. The software supports QIF standards and expands device compatibility, integrating with ERP, SPC, and PLM systems.
Verisurf 2026 introduces several new features and enhancements. The Levels & Plane Manager and Thickness Analysis tools aid in part verification and assembly inspection. The Measure module has been improved for faster, more accurate data handling. QIF Integration and expanded VDI compatibility strengthen interoperability across various CMMs, scanners, and software. The software also offers flexible licensing options, including subscription and perpetual licenses, as well as license borrowing.
Ernie Husted, President and CEO of Verisurf Software, highlighted the importance of customer feedback in developing Verisurf 2026. The platform now delivers updates to key modules, including CAD with Model-Based Definition (MBD), Measure, Build, Analysis, Automate, and Reverse, further expanding device compatibility and strengthening interoperability.
